Terms and Conditions

 Returns

Unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving products.  MamaSuds LLC is not liable for the return shipping charges but we will take care of the re-shipment charges.  Custom items (i.e a requested custom scent) are not refundable. If any part of your order arrives damaged, a picture must be sent so an insurance claim can be made.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from our website. We do not pay for return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any part of your order arrives damaged, a picture must be sent so an insurance claim can be made.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: opened products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We highly encourage our customers to try the smaller versions of our products before purchasing larger sizes to make sure you like the product and/or it works with your home water conditions. 

Payment

We accept payment via credit card and PayPal.  You may also pay by cash or check if you are a local customer. 

 
Sales Tax

You may be charged for sales tax if MamaSuds is required to pay it.  

 

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification, for instance via email or phone, will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.

 

Termination of Agreements

MamaSuds LLC has the right to terminate a transaction for any reason at any time.

 Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are periodically sent out via our e-newsletter or through various social media accounts.  These coupon codes are typically only valid for one time use per customer.  You must meet all purchase requirements stated to receive a discount or promotional offer.  Coupon codes are not eligible on Subscribe + Save orders. 

 

MamaSuds LLC products are safe for babies, however please check with your child’s doctor before using on children under 6 months of age. If pregnant or nursing, please check with your doctor before using our products due to the presence of essential oils. You are encouraged to test your skin at different intervals. MamaSuds LLC products have not been reviewed by the FDA so we cannot legally claim that our products have any medicinal value. 


MamaSuds LLC is not responsible for any adverse outcomes after using our products. Use at your own risk.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
